About
I design clear digital workflows so people know what is happening and what they need to do next.
I’m Dat Nguyen, a UX/UI & Product Designer based in Hanoi. I work on mobile apps, web products, banking flows, ERP, and eKYC — where design needs to be clear and buildable.

Background
My background started in graphic design, then expanded into web development and product design. That mix helps me think beyond screens: I care about brand, responsive experiences across screen sizes, technical handoff, implementation constraints, and the details that make a product reliable in real use.
At Luvocom Media, I designed and optimized mobile and web experiences for clients including VTV, Hai Phong Newspaper, iBacNinh Super App, VPBank, Sacombank, SinoPAC, Bac A Bank, and VCBS, and led collaboration between UX/UI and mobile development.
I currently build and lead the BA & UX/UI team at SAVIS, focused on standardizing the process from requirement analysis through design handoff for banking, digital identity, and digital government products.
How I Work
I usually begin by understanding the people, the workflow, and the constraints: what users need to complete, where they hesitate, and what the business or security process requires.
From there, I turn research and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. I also work closely with developers and product owners to keep the final product consistent across platforms and realistic to build on schedule.
Focus
I'm especially focused on mobile application UX, banking authentication flows, eKYC and remote signing journeys, ERP operations, and product experiences that need to feel both efficient and trustworthy.
If a workflow is too dense, too risky, or too hard to follow, that's usually where I can create the most value.
