Overview

Critical identity workflows redesigned to feel more understandable and less risky.

eKYC and remote signing flows involve sensitive user actions: identity verification, digital certificate registration, signing, and remote signature authentication.

My role was to design a comprehensive UX/UI for the SDK, making complex steps easier to follow while supporting security, compliance, and implementation requirements for banking clients.

Focus: eKYC, digital certificate registration, remote signing, high-trust mobile workflows

Scope: UX flows, UI design, SDK experience, iterative user testing

What I Did

I broke the journey into understandable steps so users could move through identity verification and signing without losing context.

I designed screens for critical states such as registration, verification, signing, authentication, feedback, and error recovery.

I managed iterative user testing and used feedback to optimize the experience for important workflow moments.

Design Decisions

For identity and signing products, users need reassurance at every step. The UI therefore needed to explain progress, risk, and next actions clearly.

I prioritized predictable sequencing, concise labels, visible status feedback, and interaction patterns that reduce uncertainty during high-trust actions.

The design also needed to work as an SDK experience, so consistency and reusable patterns were essential for implementation across banking clients.

Outcome

  • Designed comprehensive UX/UI for eKYC, digital certificate registration, digital signing, and remote signing authentication.
  • Optimized critical workflow processes through iterative user testing.
  • The SDK was implemented for major banking clients including VPBank, Sacombank, SinoPac Bank, and VietcomBank Security.

This project shows my ability to simplify high-trust digital identity workflows while respecting security, compliance, and implementation constraints.
