Case StudyiBacNinh Super App
Shaping a mobile experience for a provincial digital services platform.
iBacNinh Super App, formerly iBacGiang, is a mobile platform bringing together digital services for residents, businesses, and local government agencies.

Overview
A shared structure for provincial utilities, information, and digital services.
iBacNinh Super App, formerly iBacGiang, brings provincial utilities, information, and public services into a shared mobile experience for residents, businesses, and local government agencies.
As UX/UI Lead, I set the overall UX direction, information architecture, and user flows; reviewed interfaces, maintained design quality, worked with BA/PO partners, designers, and mobile developers, and supported handoff.
What I Did
I led UX/UI direction across a multi-module platform serving different user groups and delivery phases.
I structured the home experience around digital government, digital citizen, utilities, favorites, recommendations, and news.
I reviewed logged-in and logged-out home states, onboarding/login, greeting, weather, bottom navigation, banners, snackbars, overlays, and bottom sheets.
I worked with BA/PO partners to decompose public-service mini-app requirements: administrative-procedure lookup, submission, record lookup and management, and a processing-status dashboard.
I standardized display patterns for shortcuts/grids, categories, recommendation filters/tabs, news lists, and reusable components.
I worked with mobile developers to review implementation constraints, design adjustments, and phased handoff.

Design Decisions
I separated the home experience into digital government, digital citizen, utilities, favorites, recommendations, and news to support clear service entry points.
I used reusable shortcut/grid, category, recommendation filter/tab, news-list, and component patterns designed to keep the service system consistent across the design scope.
I covered logged-in and logged-out states plus key interaction surfaces to support coherence across onboarding, home, and feedback patterns.
I decomposed mini-app requirements into lookup, submission, record management, and status-tracking scope, designed to give BA/PO partners and mobile developers a basis for coordination and handoff.
Outcome
- A documented UX/UI direction and information architecture for the multi-service mobile platform.
- A documented design scope covering home, login, and interaction states.
- A standardized set of service-display patterns covering shortcuts/grids, categories, recommendation filters/tabs, news lists, and components.
- Public-service mini-app requirements documented as design-coordination and phased-handoff scope; the exported visuals illustrate home/personalization and authentication sections rather than the complete end-to-end service flow.
- This case study reports design outputs and handoff scope only; it does not claim measured product impact or production results.
This project shows how I turn a multi-module provincial digital-services brief into a structured mobile UX/UI direction with reusable patterns and a clear handoff scope.
